Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The ARC works diligently to review each application that is submitted on an individual basis and in a timely manner. In keeping with the guidelines, the process may take up to 30 days to complete. We appreciate your patience during the review process. Important to note - any exterior changes/improvements that require ARC approval that are made prior to approval is subject to a $50.00 fee.
Tennis Court Key Agreement
The tennis court is for the enjoyment of Fox Meadows at Crystal Lakes residents and guests. Rules and Regulations are posted on the front of the tennis court. Please remember the tennis court is for tennis only.

Pool Rental Agreement
Planning a birthday party? How about a retirement celebration or a family gathering? The pool is a perfect place to enjoy your family and friends. There is a grill and picnic tables on the newly updated picnic area. No reason to clean the house before guest arrive - just come to the pool, have fun and relax. Only remember to cleanup before you leave.
